Gondola Booking changes: Once your Booking has been Reserved, you will not be able to change the Dates for the same price. If you must move your future Reservation, there is a $50 fee. Changes due to weather is at the discretion of our experienced Skipper. In the event of a Cancelation by Island Gondola, there will not be a fee penalty and your Booking will be re-scheduled.
Refund policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with notice of cancellation of more than 7 days. 50% Refund applies for Cancellations between 2 – 7 days. – No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full price. – Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances – Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
